Returns Process:
We gladly accept returns for new, unused items within 21 days of delivery, except for items marked as final sale.
For items shipped via ground, please notify us of any damaged or incomplete goods within 7 days of delivery. Photos of the product and packaging are required and can be sent to cs@instylebathrooms.com.
For items shipped via Freight/LTL, thorough inspection of packages for damages or missing items before accepting shipment is essential. Once accepted, you acknowledge receipt of the order in good condition.
Conditions for Returns:
Installed or used items cannot be returned. Please ensure items are in new or unused condition with original packaging intact and no missing parts.
We do charge restocking fees. Refunds are issued for the purchase price of the item, minus any discounts and/or shipping costs.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. All items must be returned direct to InStyleBathrooms.com manufacturer.
Goods remain the customer’s property until received back at our manufacturer warehouse, inspected, and approved for credit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
Insure your return for its full value. We will refuse damaged merchandise and assist in submitting claims for compensation through the shipping company.
Please verify item condition and accuracy before returning. Unauthorized returns will be refused. Returns should be sent back within 15 days of receiving Return Goods Authorization (RGA) instructions.
Refunds and Store Credit:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. If unavailable, refunds are issued as store credit.
Requests for returns outside the 30-day policy may be considered for store credit. Approval for a store credit exception is required.

Step Two: Receive Your Return Authorization Upon receipt of your return request, if applicable, we will email you a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) along with the return shipping address. Please print and include the RGA attachment within the original packaging of your box. If you haven’t received your RGA information within 1 business day, please check your spam or junk folders.
Step Three: Ship Your Return To return shipping back to InStyleBathrooms’s manufacturer warehouse is the responsibility of the customer. You may choose any shipper you prefer, such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc. We highly recommend insuring your package. If possible, please forward us your return tracking information for better tracking. You may also inquire about a discounted prepaid label for deduction. If utilized, the specified returned shipping amount will be deducted from your refund.
Final Steps: Once your items are received at our warehouse, they will undergo evaluation. Soon thereafter, your account will be credited for the returned amount (excluding any applicable shipping fees).
